I feel ya on the sleep thing. Many nights my mind is still racing a million miles per hour as I stare at the ceiling. For me, though, it's wasted cycles...I'm actually at my most creative during wakeup time. Strange thoughts from my dream state are still dancing on the gray matter and mix with real thoughts and the result is much different than, say, me at 4pm. :-) Good luck with your new ideas, Forman!
