The terms of use for the services of aconnector.com. Please read these terms carefully.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the digital interfaces and communication services provided by aconnector.com (hereinafter "Provider"). The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of technology for connecting various systems and enabling communication processes.
The services do not include a guarantee for a specific result nor do they promise immediate success. The service description is specified in the respective service descriptions on the website.
The Provider undertakes to provide the agreed services with the agreed due care and to maintain the underlying technology.
The User is obliged to use the services as intended and in accordance with applicable law.
The liability of the Provider is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for the foreseeable, typically arising damage.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data losses arising in connection with the use of the interfaces and the technology. The availability of the services may be affected by factors outside the Provider's sphere of influence (e.g., network outages).
The contract term depends on the chosen service package. Contracts with a fixed term end automatically upon expiry of the agreed period, unless they are terminated in due time.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected for both parties. Good cause exists in particular in the event of serious breaches of contract, application for insolvency, or cessation of business operations.
The prices for the services can be found in the current price lists on the website. All prices are plus statutory value-added tax.
The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices with a notice period of four weeks. The User is entitled to object to the price increase within two weeks of receiving the announcement and to terminate the contract at the time the price increase becomes effective.
Changes to these GTC will be communicated to users in text form (e.g., by email or on the website). They are deemed approved if the user does not object to them within four weeks of notification.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. For all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Provider, provided the User is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special public fund.
